Once an order is placed on the COVER HUB website/application, the payment made by the customer shall be non-refundable under all circumstances.

After successful placement of an order, the customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order. Therefore, customers are advised to carefully check product details, quantity, price, delivery address, and payment details before placing the order.
3. No Refund in Any Scenario
COVER HUB shall not provide any refund in any scenario, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Wrong product selected by the customer
- Wrong quantity selected by the customer
- Delay caused due to courier/logistics partner
- Customer not available at delivery address
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Any personal reason of the customer
- Any other reason after successful order placement
4. Final Decision of Organisation
In all matters relating to refund, cancellation, order processing, delivery, or any related dispute, the decision of COVER HUB / Jay Pay IT Solution Private Limited shall be final and binding.
5. Product Responsibility
Customers are requested to read all product details, usage instructions, ingredients, pricing, and terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have understood and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
